　　1986年毕业于河南医科大学临床医学专业

　　1989年、1992年于哈尔滨医科大学分别获医学遗传学硕士学位和医学博士学位

　　1992-1994年在js3845金沙线路公共卫生与预防医学博士后流动站做博士后研究，指导教师庄辉院士

　　1994-1997年在北医三院中心实验室工作。

　　1997-2005年先后留学瑞典Karolinska医学院、美国宾夕法尼亚大学等。

　　2006年至今回国任教js3845金沙线路。现任js3845金沙线路病原生物学系主任、教授、博士生导师。中国生物技术协会实验室生物安全专业委员会常委、北京市微生物学会常委、国家病原微生物卫生应急实验室网络专家委员会委员。兼任《生物学通报》、《中国病毒病杂志》、《中国输血杂志》等多个学术期刊常务编委或编委。曾作为学术秘书，全程参与了国家中长期科技发展规划“艾滋病和病毒性肝炎防治重大专项”《病毒性肝炎领域项目》的实施方案编写和论证工作。

　　主要从事病毒性肝炎的实验室诊断、HBV感染相关肝癌发病机制等研究。作为课题负责人承担的课题有“艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治”科技重大专项“十一五” I期课题“乙型和丙型病毒性肝炎诊断及临床监测的研究”、 “十二五” 课题 “乙型病毒性肝炎临床诊断及监测技术的研究”；北京市科技计划“病毒性肝炎防治关键技术研究”课题；国家自然科学基金面上项目“HBx通过激活ERKs影响细胞周期素D1蛋白质转移”； 以及“863”、“973”计划等。 在病毒性肝炎研究方面曾获国家科技进步二等奖一次。在包括New England Journal of Medicine、Cancer Research、American Journal of Human Genetics、Cancer Cell等杂志共发表SCI收录研究论文约50篇，中文论文50余篇。
